How did the Centro story begin?
In 2002 we emigrated to the USA for 3 months and returned 10 years later. During that time we had various jobs, but the one that occupied most of our time and shaped our future was the experience of working in a restaurant in Chicago. The clear proof can be found in our menu – the burgers, ribs, and spicy wings are prepared exactly as they are across the ocean.
